1. Candidate Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, truthful information in your profile and applications.
- Never pay any individual claiming to guarantee a job — GoGlobal does not charge candidates.
- Verify employer and agency credentials before sharing documents or money.
- Use the platform only for genuine job search purposes.
2. Employer Responsibilities
- Post only genuine, legally compliant job opportunities.
- Comply with labour laws of both the country of recruitment and the country of employment.
- Treat applicant data confidentially and use it solely for recruitment.
- Honour offers made through the platform.
3. Recruitment Agency Responsibilities
- Hold and maintain valid recruitment licenses in your jurisdiction.
- Never charge candidates fees prohibited by law.
- Disclose the actual end employer where required.
- Maintain transparent communication with candidates throughout the process.
4. Platform Usage Rules
- No fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful content.
- No scraping, automated access, or reverse engineering.
- No harassment, discrimination, or abusive behaviour.
5. Account Suspension
People United LLP reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, post fraudulent jobs, or harm other users, with or without notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
GoGlobal is a marketplace; we facilitate connections but are not a party to employment contracts. To the maximum extent permitted by law, People United LLP is not liable for losses arising from employment offers, visa decisions, or third-party conduct on the platform.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to People United LLP's registered jurisdiction. Disputes shall be resolved in those courts.
